1. Platform
Caprice is an adult digital content platform. Creators publish and monetize content (photos, videos). Members access content and order personalized creations. No physical interaction is organized through Caprice.
2. Age & Acceptance
By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old, access adult content voluntarily, and agree to comply with applicable laws.
3. Account types
- Creator: free registration, independent worker, earns payments after platform commission
- Standard Member: limited access (5 orders/month, no messaging)
- Premium: $9.99/month — unlimited orders & messaging
- Premium Plus: $14.99/month — creative project management & artistic sessions
4. Commissions
20% total commission (15% from Creator + 5% markup on Member), capped at $30 for any order above $150. Tips: Creator receives 85%.
5. Prohibited content
Strictly forbidden: any content involving minors, non-consensual content, violence, identity theft, content redistribution without authorization. Violations result in immediate ban and report to authorities.
6. Data & Security
Personal data processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws. No banking data stored on our servers. See Privacy Policy.
7. Suspension
Caprice may suspend or delete any account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal content — without refund.
